Here it is:
Step 1: Buy my book.
Step 2: Start implementing.
Everybody knows the first step is easy.
Then it's just taking baby steps. Read the book all the way through first without taking any notes so that you can see the power of what's in these pages.
Then go back through chapter-by-chapter taking notes on what you see you can begin implementing immediately in your practice. Areas where you know you have weaknesses.
Try to "Chunk" things down. Do not try and do everything at once!
